As January comes to a close, the Hellbent family is learning from the past few weeks and gearing up to tackle 2025. Whether you’re feeling invigorated or uncertain, there is a feeling in the air, a wave in the waters, an alignment in the sky, that can help guide us to where we need to go. 

Themes of this Year

2025 carries themes of completion, growth, and community. As individuals, we are meant to realize our power and creativity. This allows us to come together stronger, as a collective. In terms of community, we are meant to connect now, more than ever, with authenticity and empathy.

Mars, the planet of action and energy, will be a key player this year. Mars encourages us to take action and question any authority that tries to make us doubt ourselves. In other words, this is the perfect time to align with your highest self and plan a path towards your goals. In even simpler terms: keep yourself grounded!

Moving Your Body

Whether it’s yoga or a run, moving your body is an excellent way to release any pent up tension. We’re also big fans of long walks in nature. Not only does it allow us to connect with our environment, but also forces us to reflect on the past day. Sing

You’re voice carries a unique frequency which has the power to attract abundance. Singing is so powerful because it combines body and breath work. On the same note, make a playlist of songs that resonate with you at the moment. 

Spending Time with Loved Ones

Wear your cozies, make a cup of tea, and grab the people you love. It’s sobering to be around friends that you can be your truest self around. Put away the wine, turn on DND mode, and unwind.

2025 Planetary Alignment

Last night, we saw a planetary alignment of Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune, a perfect time to manifest for the rest of 2025. If you missed it, fear not! Set your intentions now and release any problems, people, or doubts which plague you. 

Closing Note

We have a good feeling for this year. While the outside world may try to distract you and tear you down, remember that you carry all the power to rise above. Show gratitude for the good things in life and more will surely flow in.
